Secure Shopping Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.

Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Delivery Promise All orders are normally despatched to the UK delivery address that you supply within 10 days of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Pricing The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Returns We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in ,their original packaging and condition with tickets. Under these circumstances we will issue a credit note for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. Any return received by Glad Rags Boutique after 14 days will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery when returning goods as Glad Rags Boutique cannot be held responsible for loss in transit of returning items. Items should be sent to the address detailed below under the heading Cancellations.

In the unlikely event that a garment has a genuine manufacturing problem we would request that it be returned to us within 14 day so that we can seek the advise of our supplier and obtain a replacement. In this eventuality we will cover the cost of postage.
